- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Citi bank does not value their customers. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone with them to get my new Costco card, and finally got it 2 months late. I was told I would be reimbursed for the cash back that I could have gotten during that time, which would have been roughly $20. This reimbursement never happened. I submitted a BBB complaint, and received a voicemail from executive services of Citi, whom I called back to leave a message. I never received a call from them, so they must not care about their BBB ratings. Lastly, since their customer service has been so poor, I decided to cancel my card and Costco membership. I was told that I would not receive my cash back for the previous year (which I paid for) because I was not going to renew. Bad business.By Eric Ellis, October 06, 2016
